1. Order Validity
   All orders are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Customers are required to complete full payment within this validity period.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges
   All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including deposits and completed payments.

3. Deposit & Item Forfeiture
   If full payment is not made within the 6-month validity period, the deposit and any reserved items will be automatically forfeited. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
